Suzanne Corridan Willerth is certified Gyrotonic instructor, certified ballet instructor, accomplished business woman and an award-winning artist. Suzanne received an Emmy Award on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” for her work as a lead Special Effects Make Up Artist and was in charge of Principle Talent on numerous TV and Film projects.
Suzanne owns San Buenaventura Gyrotonic where she teaches the intensive Gyrotonic Expansion System along with the Gyrotoner Specialized Equipment utilizing various applications created specifically for Gyrotonic.
The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing awarded her International Certifications for Grades 1-5 in the Cecchetti Method and provides private adult ballet instruction.
In business, Suzanne owned and operated WesType, a Typesetting/Graphic Design Company for 8 years, then negotiated the successful sale of the company to a large graphics firm. For the past five years, she has served on the Board of Directors of the non-profit NAMBA Performing Arts Space.
Suzanne excelled in Art and Design at Channel Islands High School and studied Art & Business with a 4.0 Grade Average at Ventura College. She enjoys painting with oils or acrylics and lives in Ventura, CA with her television producer husband, Jeffrey plus two rescued Border Collies, ‘Bowie’ and ‘Echo’.
